My researches mainly focus on electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational waves from compact binary mergers, e.g. kilonovae (KN), afterglow and other transient scenarios. I am working on hunting these transients through optical and X-ray telescopes and uncovering the physics such as the KN emission process, EOS of neutron stars and population properties.
I am also interested in machine-learning enhanced time domain astronomy, e.g. transient identification and classification.
