周志民，男，中国科学院国家天文台副研究员，2012年入职中科院国家天文台工作至今，主要从事星系演化以及巡天观测方面的研究，参与完成BATC、SCUSS、BASS、CSST等巡天项目并完成相关星系展源测光、流量定标、数据测试，以及SDSS-IV eBOSS、DESI等国际合作巡天。迄今已发表各类论文80余篇，总引用超5000次，申请软件著作权1项。
